Having undergone my initial training, I am offering 60
minute Metamorphic Technique
sessions on a donational basis to allow me to build up
experience of this transformatioal technique. Suggested
donational fee of £8 to £10 (normal price will be £25
for 60 minutes). You will receive a session in a fully
professional manner, but I am obliged to build my
experience with a set number of sessions (limited places
on this donational basis so book as early as possible)

There will be various dates for these fun one-day
workshops, or contact me to
arrange a tailor-made workshop for you and a group of
friends. Come along alone and make some new friends, or
come with a friend or partner.
Workshops are for small groups of 2 to 8 people
and cost £40 per person. Various dates in February,
March, April and throughout the year.
Metamorphic Technique now
available
 The Metamorphic Technique
is concerned with change and transformation. The
technique involves a light touch on the spinal reflexes
of the feet, hands, and head, with the whole session
lasting about 60 minutes. During the session you
can either talk, or choose to quietly relax. A safe,
relaxing space is provided where you can ‘just be’. Use
of the technique enables us to move from feelings of
limitation towards accessing more of our potential.
People are often drawn to the Metamorphic
Technique during periods of transition or
difficulty – whether it be bereavement,
illness, divorce, career change, moving
home, or simply seeking to move forward
creatively. You may feel at a
crossroads or 'stuck' in your life.
Many find they cope better in these periods.
Some may wish to make deep inner changes
without having to analyse the past, others
find that they are able to deal with
stressful situations more effectively.

Thai
Foot Massage, in addition to Indian Head
Massage,
Oriental Face Massage and Reflexology.
Thai Foot Massage involves a massage of the feet and also lower legs. Thai foot massage is
both invigorating and deeply relaxing and involves
hands on massage, stretching and acupressure to
stimulate reflex points. It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Chinese massage, incorporated into the
treatment. Traditional Thai Foot Massage, as offered
by Sarah, includes the use of a traditional Thai
foot massage stick as well as using
the palms, fingers, thumbs and knuckles to work the
feet.

Reflexology.
Oriental
Face Massage incorporates techniques from
Indian Face Massage, Japanese Face Massage,
Chinese Face Massage and Tibetan Face
Massage, and Natural Face Lift Massage. The
fusion of these techniques works on the
facial muscles, easing tension, smoothing
away lines, and increasing elasticity,
minimising the ageing process.
